Which size should I choose? How do the Sweet Mommy sizes fit me as I am pregnant / I have given birth recently? 

Sweet Mommy design and sizes are based on the size you were normally wearing before pregnancy; if for instance you were wearing a size 12 before pregnancy, you should choose the Sweet Mommy size that corresponds to a 12. This is generally valid whether you are pregnant or nursing. Sweet Mommy sizes are designed to adapt to your changing body shape over pregnancy and after giving birth.

The size table is at the bottom of each item page. Please note that the size correspondence may differ from style to style, depending on the design.

I read the size table, but I am still undecided on which size to choose. 

In this case, please consult the detailes sizes of the dress in the drawing that is available at the bottom of the product page. Please consider that in case of a stretch fabric, generally the sizes shown in the drawing are referred to the dress measured on a tailor’s desk; when the dress is worn, it stretches and fits larger body sizes.

Finally, you can contact us for an advice about the right size, by sending us an email at info@sweetmommy.eu, including your main body sizes and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

I tried the dress on and it does not fit, what can I do? 

You can always ask to replace it with a different size, or even with a different item, according to availability.

How do I make an online purchase at www.sweetmommy.eu?
It’s very easy and it only takes 10 minutes. You register a personal account, put your desired items in the shopping cart, and check out; you can choose to make an online payment or an offline payment (ie bank transfer or, in Italy, Cash On Delivery). At the end of the ordering process you will receive an Order Confirmation and after the shipment, a message including the tracking number.

Why do I have to register an account to make a purchase? 

We need an email address that is active and that you check on a regular basis, because all main communications concerning your purchase (including the Order Confirmation, the tracking number for your shipment, any possible message with updates on delivery date etc…) are sent via email. It is also necessary to enter a telephone number (preferably a mobile) where you can be contacted by the carrier for the delivery. In Italy, the personal tax code is required by law.

We obtain your personal data only to manage the order we do not share them with anybody except the courier.

Can I save my wish list and make the purchase later on?

Yes, by creating an account, you can save your shopping cart with all the items you have put in, and find it later to complete your purchase, subject to the availability of the items (items in your shopping cart are not booked until you complete the purchase).

What kinds of payment can I choose?

You can pay online by credit card, Paypal, Postepay, or offline by wire transfer and (in Italy) Cash On Delivery. Additional payment options will be available soon for European customers.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Yes absolutely. When you select the credit card option, you will be transferred to the bank site to make the payment; the data of your credit card are not transferred to our site and cannot be seen by us, or by anybody else, therefore cannot be stolen.

Please pay attention, after the payment by credit card, to go back to www.sweetmommy.eu; in this way, the Order Confirmation is automatically created, and you will receive it in a few minutes.

Can I pay at delivery?

Yes in Italy, by choosing the Cash On Delivery (“ Contrassegno”) you can pay cash to the courier; this option has an additional cost of EUR 4.50.

How is my package shipped?  How can I check where is my package?
Sweet Mommy works together with the major express courier companies. After shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number, and when possible a link to the courier site, where you can check the position of your package on the courier website. (Tracking starts to work in the evening or the following day after the shipment).

How long does it take to receive my package?
In Italy, for orders received by noon, the delivery normally takes 1 (working) day for North Italy, 2 for Central Italy, 3 for South Italy. For other countries, standard lead time is 3 to 6 working days for UE depending on destinations. Similarly for non-EU countries shipped by express courier.

What happens if the courier attempts to make the delivery and nobody is at home or if he cannot find the address?
When you make your purchase, please make sure to enter an accurate shipping address (if you have an interphone, the correct name on the interphone) to make sure your package is delivered correctly. Most couriers will try and deliver twice and/or leave a written note so you can contact them.

If the courier cannot deliver, the package will incur in demurrage costs and the delivery can be further delayed. If you do not receive your package by the standard delivery time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I paid by bank wire transfer, when will my order be shipped?
Generally the order will be shipped when we receive your transfer on our bank account, that may take from 2 to 5 working days usually. If you want a faster shipment, please send us a copy of the bank transfer at info@sweetmommy.eu.

I paid by credit card and I did not receive the Order Confirmation, why?
When you pay by crdit card, you are connected with the bank website. After the payment is completed, you will be requested to go back to www.sweetmommy.eu. If you fail to do that, it may happen that the Order Confirmation is not automatically generated. Your order and your payment will remain valid. However, we may need to contact you to confirm your order list.

If I wanted to return some or all of the items, how long will it take to get a refund?

You will get a reimbursement within  3 working days from the receipt of your return package. We reimburse 90% of returns in 24 hours. It is very important to write your order number inside and outside the package so that we can identify it quickly.

How will I be refunded?

By the same kind of payment you have used for your purchase (credit card, Paypal, etc…). If you have paid by bank transfer or COD, the refund is sent by bank transfer; in this case, please send us your bank details (IBAN).
